Evripidis (Ευριπίδης) Xylouris and Irini (Ειρήνη) Xylouris have created this vacation property in the traditional, seaside holiday resort of Agia Pelagia back in 1981 – a small 5 Apartments and Studios hotel at the center of the village.

Both were born and raised in Crete, originating from families with deep Cretan heritage and have being working in the agriculture sector (tending vineyards and producing olive oil) alongside their involvement in tourism, for most their life.
